We stayed as a group of 2 adults and 3 children. The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-prepared without any inconvenience. The view from the room was great, allowing us to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. At night, we could also see beautiful stars. Thank you very much! If I had to mention one thing, accessing the bunk bed room on the first floor was only possible via an outdoor staircase, which can be a bit cold in winter.

A year ago, due to heavy rain, we had to cancel our stay. Amid the lingering summer heat, we revisited after a year. This time, we had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful accommodation for one day. Renting an entire house with a view of Nara's mountains as the backdrop to the dry landscape garden, enjoying an evening beer was the perfect way to conclude summer. For dinner, there was a variety of alcoholic beverages available, and the shabu-shabu by the hearth was absolutely delicious. At night, gazing at a sky full of stars marked the end of our day. Knowing that this accommodation is run by your family made it feel very warm and welcoming during our stay. It was such happiness to spend a day doing nothing but relaxing peacefully— a truly special experience at Sasayuri-an. Thank you so much! We will definitely return again!

We arrived late at night but were warmly welcomed. The room was barrier-free, very spacious, and comfortable. We could enjoy the Onsen until 11 PM, which allowed us to relax and unwind. Thank you very much!

This trip was our first in 15 years as a couple. Our previous trip included our children, but now that they are grown and we've finished raising them, it was just the two of us. This time, we planned a journey along the Venus Line and chose this accommodation near Lake Shirakaba. The facility was clean, the staff were very kind, and we enjoyed dinner while overlooking Lake Shirakaba. To our surprise, there was an unexpected event at Lake Shirakaba that amazed us—it was incredibly beautiful and moving. It became a wonderful memory for us. If we still have the energy to travel from Kansai in the future, we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

The view from the Room and bath is spectacular. The mountains at sunset, the city lights at night, and the morning mountains with clouds—it's a sight you won't tire of all day. The Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful, especially since I didn't know that the sightseeing bus only operates on weekends. Komoro was enjoyable not just for Kaikoen Garden but also for strolling around town. I would love to visit again!

We also enjoyed complimentary ice cream after our bath. Breakfast was luxurious and delicious—I ended up eating too much (haha). The warm hospitality and thoughtful service from the friendly proprietress were wonderful. Thank you very much! We look forward to visiting again

I stayed here during my year-end trip to Okinawa. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Miebashi Station, and there are many supermarkets like MaxValu and restaurants within walking distance, making it a very convenient location. (By the way, Sueyoshi Sashimi Shop diagonally across is great for takeout with good value for money.) The Room was very spacious and clean, equipped with an IH kitchen, washing machine, and gas dryer, allowing for a comfortable stay. Towels are provided at one set per person; however, adding an extra set allows you to manage daily laundry easily. The view isn’t much to expect unless you’re on a higher floor. There are many coin parking lots nearby; however, they tend to be almost full at night. If you’re using a rental car, please be cautious. During check-in, registered guests need to show their face in front of the tablet camera while stating their name as part of the verification process. You also need to quickly note down the PIN codes required for building entry and Room access (a system designed to prevent unauthorized use). Overall, I had a great experience and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Despite our late arrival, the couple welcomed us with warm smiles. They kindly kept me company even though I eat slowly, and when I mentioned that I wouldn’t have much time the next morning, they prepared breakfast as early as possible. It was also adorable to see their 94-year-old grandfather pointing into the refrigerator to check and choose the ingredients.

We expected it to be cold since this is a Ryokan in the snowy mountains in winter, but the heating kept everything comfortably warm, and we never felt cold. There was a bed warmer in the futon, which stayed warm until morning and was extremely comfortable. The Room was spacious and very clean—we were completely satisfied. The meals were heartfelt and truly delicious. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When we went smelt fishing, we were beginners and didn’t know what to do; even though they were busy, they stopped what they were doing each time we came with questions and helped us kindly. They also took our child’s hand and showed them how to attach the bait. It was just a one-night trip, but it became a fulfilling journey where we experienced genuine warmth from people. After my first stay in April, I became completely captivated by Kito Nasu and decided I absolutely had to visit again within the year. This was my long-awaited second stay! Last time, I stayed for one night, but it wasn’t enough to fully enjoy this wonderful place, so this time I stayed for two nights! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a delightful blend of wood and incense scents that make you want to take a deep breath. The sauna was as amazing as ever!! The layout is well thought out, and the fresh air makes outdoor cooling sessions incredibly refreshing. If you're experienced with lighting wood saunas, it’s easy to get started; even if it’s your first time, there’s a clear manual provided so anyone can do it quickly! The bathroom amenities are thoughtfully stocked with MUJI products. There’s not only a hairdryer but also a hair iron available. While there is just one mirror in the space, it's spacious enough for two people to use comfortably. I absolutely love the Aqua Feel bath that amazed me during my last visit—it makes you want to soak endlessly! (This time I used it five times!) The washing machine and gas dryer are super convenient; they even provide high-quality fabric softener that leaves your laundry warm, fluffy, and wonderfully fragrant after every wash. The restroom plays soothing music when seated and has its own handwashing area—very convenient—and yes, even the restroom smells great! The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a large refrigerator and plenty of stylish tableware. Everything here exceeds expectations—it feels like every “wouldn’t it be nice if they had this” has already been anticipated at Kito Nasu. Personally speaking, I don’t think there’s another private accommodation as charming as this one anywhere else. I’ve already started planning my next trip while searching through social media for similar private accommodations like Kito Nasu—but nothing compares so far! So now I'm thinking about visiting again early next year—this time for three nights! It truly feels like a second home where each visit makes you want to stay longer—a very relaxing accommodation. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I stayed here on my first trip to Toyama in late April. The friendly host gave me a warm welcome, and I was very satisfied with the delicious meals served for both breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy, so I couldn’t see the sunrise over the Tateyama Mountain Range from Amaharashi Coast, but it was refreshing to take a peaceful early-morning walk along the shore. I’m sorry for the trouble I caused by accidentally taking the key home while we were engrossed in talking about winter yellowtail. Next time, I’d love to visit during the season when winter yellowtail is at its best.

Everything—the Room, the bath, and the meals—was excellent, but above all, the staff were truly outstanding. Even though we caused you trouble with changes to the Shuttle Service pickup location due to our circumstances and issues such as a locker malfunction in the bath area, you responded with great kindness. My daughter and I kept saying how glad we were that we stayed here. Thank you very much. We expect to visit the island several more times in the future, so we will continue to stay at your Accommodation.

Winter crab, early-summer white squid, and the salt-kiln-grilled abalone we always request as an optional add-on. At Waraku, you can enjoy seasonal delicacies throughout the year, but this time we tried their limited-time wild tiger pufferfish course for the first time, available only around Golden Week. We were truly impressed by the depth of Yuhigaura’s seafood. The beautifully presented sashimi platter (tessa) had a pleasantly chewy texture and was so delicious it ranks No. 1 among all the meals we’ve had at accommodations! The grilled milt was also exceptionally large, plump, and rich—perfect with Waraku’s own-label Junmai Daiginjo sake. And in this season especially, the private garden by the detached guest room feels at its most beautiful, with blooming flowers and vivid green moss. Whenever we’re worn out from everyday life and want to relax and feel restored, we always visit Waraku to Clear our minds.

We visited with my daughter’s family—four generations in total. As soon as you enter, the ocean is right in front of you through the large glass windows. There was a big pool, and everything was set up for a BBQ. The kids never got bored—they ran around the living room and went up to the second floor, having a great time until it was time to leave. It’s a very clean Facility, and the location is perfect. We’re already saying we’d love to stay again. Please note that there are no seasonings or plastic wrap provided, so bring what you need. Also, the rice cooker was unusual—it’s the type where you add water to the outer pot, which was hard to figure out. I think it would be helpful to have written instructions. I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.

This was my first visit, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated being able to take home the crab I couldn’t finish. The Onsen water felt wonderfully smooth, and we were very satisfied to have it reserved for our family’s private use. The location was also great—right by the sea, with a beautiful sunset—and it made me want to visit even in a season other than crab season. I’d love to come back again next year.

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. The manager was very kind and attentive, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during a solo motorcycle trip. The building shows its age, but it seems to be well maintained with gradual renovations. The highlight, the free-flowing Onsen bath, was wonderfully relaxing and I enjoyed it to my heart’s content. However, since the Onsen water is constantly flowing and the environment is very humid, it may be a bit challenging for guests who are sensitive about cleanliness. The meals I was looking forward to were also very satisfying in both quality and quantity—I ended up drinking more shochu than planned and became a happily stuffed, tipsy guest. In the dining area, the owner, his wife, and their daughter were all pleasant to talk with and took great care of me. I think this place attracts a wide range of guests—solo travelers as well as couples and families with children—because it offers both great Onsen and excellent food. I’ll be back again—thank you very much.
