This was my first time staying here. It was easy to find with GPS, and the location is just off the main road. Parking costs 1,000 yen, but I was able to park on-site in my own designated numbered space. The room is a studio apartment and was very clean, with a washing machine, two-compartment refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, bathroom dryer/ventilation system, amenities, and one laundry detergent pod. There is also a gas dryer in front of the elevator (100 yen for 20 minutes), so you can dry laundry quickly. Japanese staff are at the front desk from 3:00 PM until night time, which was reassuring if I needed help. I forgot to turn off my car headlights, but the front desk kindly called me so I could go turn them off. The parking area was also well managed. There is a nearby San-A supermarket as well, which was convenient for buying meals and souvenirs.

This was my first time renting and staying in a cottage in Okinawa, and it was simply the best! It felt just like home, and the property manager was very kind. Also, if you make a Reservation, you can enjoy a BBQ—highly recommended!

We stayed with a family of four and one dog. The Facility was amazing—everything was so well equipped. We had a great time in the full-scale karaoke Room. The sauna Room, large bath, and cold plunge tub were all excellent. The hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. The spacious living room has a projector, so you can enjoy streaming on a big screen or play games like Nintendo Switch. The kitchen is also large and had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and just about everything we needed. There are three toilets, all very modern. For sleeping arrangements, there are two twin-bed Rooms on the first floor, plus one bed in the third-floor loft along with futon sets for larger groups. From the loft you can step out onto the terrace, which also serves as a dog run— we could play with our dog while sitting in chairs and enjoying a beautiful ocean view. There is also a Room for pets. There is another dog run on the first-floor terrace as well. A washing machine and dryer are available too. Near the parking area there was a vending machine Room with various items such as frozen takoyaki and yakitori. The parking area is spacious. The roads are narrow because houses are close together, but even an Alphard could pass through without any issues. The building’s tile exterior was very beautiful as well. Although homes are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable to stay in. The karaoke Room is soundproofed; we went outside to check just in case, and it was fine. There isn’t a supermarket nearby, so we stopped at one called Picasso on the way to buy groceries—alcohol is available too. We had so much fun that it felt like 10:00 checkout came in no time at all. We had an amazing time overall. Next time we’d love to come back around summer and enjoy a barbecue too! Thank you very much!

A truly wonderful pension. The environment is designed with dogs in mind, making it very comfortable to stay. The dog run is spacious, and Hamana Lake is right in front. Both the night and morning were incredibly relaxing. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much!

Thank you for taking care of us on 4/17. Until now, we had stayed at a Hotel a little further past yours, but since we always stop by Fish on the way back, my mother said she wanted to stay here, so this was our first time. We chose the BBQ for dinner, but because it was our first time, we couldn’t figure out how to light it even after looking at the tablet. Also, the cassette stove wouldn’t ignite and we could smell gas, so we contacted the front desk. You checked immediately and promptly replaced the stove and showed us how to use the BBQ grill stove. The staff, Room, welcome drink, meals, amenities—everything was perfect. However, I’m not very comfortable with the ocean, and I was scared by the sound of waves crashing against the rocks and the wall in front of the deck as well as by the spray, so I couldn’t fall asleep at night. We would like to stay again—would it be possible to request a Room on the sandy beach side next time? Are Rooms on that side mainly for guests with dogs or family-type Rooms?

The location is fantastic, and I've been using it every year recently. The sunset view from the restaurant and the delicious French cuisine by the chef are something you can't easily experience at other luxury hotels. This year, I was able to relax and refresh while leisurely gazing at the sea I love.

We had a truly wonderful time thanks to the clean Room and excellent Facility. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the cutlery and dishes were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. There was a power outage on Ishigaki Island on the day of checkout, but you handled it smoothly. We will definitely come again!!

Being a public accommodation, the price for two meals included is exceptional. The food is delicious, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset nearby, making it very satisfying. Next time, I look forward to enjoying the restored onsen and staying here again.

We expected it to be cold since this is a Ryokan in the snowy mountains in winter, but the heating kept everything comfortably warm, and we never felt cold. There was a bed warmer in the futon, which stayed warm until morning and was extremely comfortable. The Room was spacious and very clean—we were completely satisfied. The meals were heartfelt and truly delicious. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When we went smelt fishing, we were beginners and didn’t know what to do; even though they were busy, they stopped what they were doing each time we came with questions and helped us kindly. They also took our child’s hand and showed them how to attach the bait. It was just a one-night trip, but it became a fulfilling journey where we experienced genuine warmth from people. Thank you very much.

We stayed here again for the first time in three years to celebrate our dog’s 9th birthday. The location is truly wonderful—the sandy beach just a short walk away feels like a completely private beach at this time of year, and taking a sunset stroll along the shoreline lets you enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life. Also, during our evening BBQ, we were able to take in a sky full of stars that we didn’t get to see last time. It was only for one night again, but thank you for making it such a special place for creating beautiful memories with our dog!

This Hotel is located at the top of a narrow mountain road. It was very quiet, and the soothing music playing throughout the Hotel made it even more relaxing. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but if there hadn’t been any fog, we would have been able to see the horizon from our Room and enjoy an even more wonderful view. 　The meals were carefully prepared, and both the fish and roast beef were served with vegetables that paired perfectly with each dish—everything was delicious. The dessert was a yogurt mousse (I’m not sure if that’s correct), but it was excellent. We stayed as a family of four, including our son in his 20s, and everyone left feeling full—though we did ask for extra bread. 　We were told they host only three groups per day, and we were able to use the spacious private family bath as well. It was a stay that freed us from everyday busyness and truly felt like an escape. 　The interior furnishings throughout the Hotel were also thoughtfully arranged and had an elegant feel. 　If we have the chance, we would love to visit again. My first trip to Fukui, and my first time driving on snowy roads. I headed there feeling anxious because a heavy snow warning was in effect, but I’m truly glad I went. We stayed for one night and two days to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The snowy scenery was so beautiful—I could have watched it forever—and we had such a wonderful time. At night, we snuggled up with an electric blanket and slept warmly. In the morning, we played in the snow together, and the jacuzzi was so amazing that we used it twice! We didn’t use the meal service; instead, we shopped near the station, brought everything back, and cooked for ourselves. There were plenty of seasonings available too, so we really enjoyed cooking together. No Meals Included is highly recommended. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that I almost didn’t want anyone else to know about it. The staff member Mima was very kind—by morning they had cleared the snow off our car and even shoveled snow for us—so we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We’d love to visit again. Thank you very much!!

The staff were very welcoming from check-in, and dinner was delicious. There was also complimentary drinks, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would love to visit again if I have the opportunity.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay. The food was delicious, and there was so much that even I, with a big appetite, couldn’t finish it—I was very satisfied. However, although it was a Room where we could stay with our dog, the futon was a bit thin and not very comfortable to sleep on.

Over the New Year holiday, my parents-in-law and we as a couple traveled all the way to Okinawa and stayed for 2 nights as a group of four. The check-in and check-out terminal操作 was smooth. During our stay, we were able to relax and enjoy quality family time. We bought ingredients at a supermarket and cooked in the Room kitchen, and there were more than enough cooking utensils and tableware—nothing to complain about. My parents-in-law were also very happy, so I’m glad we chose this place to stay. We’d love to stay here again when we have the chance.

They upgraded our Room, and I was excited from the start! With a Nespresso machine and a well-equipped kitchen and tableware, I loved being able to stay as if I were living there. The view from the Room was especially amazing—even when the weather turned, it was so memorable to watch the sea colors and the mood of the sky change. It was a one-of-a-kind view and became an unforgettable memory. The choice of vase and bed was also lovely, making it such a comfortable Room that it made me think, “I want to live here.” I definitely want to stay again!

We visited with 5 adults and 2 dogs. The stylish exterior and beautiful interior were impressive. The food was incredibly elaborate and delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the bonfire due to the rain, so we're looking forward to it next time. It would be even better if there were a comfortable sofa in the Room.

This is a conveniently accessible Stays along the Sazanami Street. There is ample space on the premises, so you can unload your luggage at the entrance before moving your car to the parking space. On the first floor, there is a lobby and front desk, as well as a bright and open café salon and dining area facing the lake. The atmosphere inside the Property is quite stylish, with a pension-like feel. There seems to be a shortage of staff, so contact with staff is mostly limited to the front lobby and dining area. Accommodation is only on the second floor. All Rooms have large windows facing the lake. Since there is no elevator, some guests may find it difficult to carry their luggage up to the second floor. The Room I stayed in had a panoramic bath with a full glass window on the lake side, continuing into a tatami Room with a bed placed across the glass wall. You can enjoy a wide view of the lake from the bath through the glass wall while sitting on the bed or chair. The bath is maintained at a comfortable 41 degrees Celsius 24 hours a day. Since the bath is on the window side, it is not expected to be cold even in winter. Including the washroom and toilet, the Room is either newly built or renovated, making it functional and comfortable. The bed's comfort and Room temperature control are excellent. Thanks to good soundproofing, you cannot hear any traffic noise despite frequent traffic passing by. Although there is quite a loud BGM playing in the corridors and dining area, it is not audible inside the accommodation Room. The dining area has counter seats facing the large windows on the lake side. The long counter is divided into sections for two people each with tall partitions. Although the guests were quiet, you can hear other guests' conversations. There also seem to be table seats that are not at the counter. The cuisine is gourmet as per the Review. The dishes seem to reflect the chef's pride and dedication (as expected), which may lead to differing preferences.

I have experienced almost all luxury vacations in Japan, but the support here is undoubtedly the best in the country. We ended up staying on a day when a severe cold wave hit, and upon mentioning the cold, they immediately went out to purchase and set up a heater for us. Despite being a large facility, it was impeccably clean with no complaints about cleanliness. Even though it was a vacation stay, their thorough support allowed us to feel at ease during our accommodation. In contrast to another nearby new facility called N ○○tami where even the main power for the sauna wasn’t turned on and inquiries were poorly handled—making it impossible to use the sauna—this place responded promptly to everything we needed. The staff quality here is comparable to that of butlers at The Ritz Hotel. It’s clear that the owner is very competent. The location is also wonderful and provided an excellent change of pace. Thank you so much! On particularly cold days, having heaters in each room would be even better; however, during daytime hours, sunlight streamed in beautifully and kept us warm enough.

Close to the sea, you can see the beautiful ocean from the room on sunny days. There are many stylish restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you won't have trouble finding meals. The sauna was authentic, the cold bath was chilly, and the outdoor air bath was excellent. The room design and amenities were all stylish.
