Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. Both my mother and I have lower back pain, and after the massage, we felt light for the first time in a while. Soaking in the Onsen afterward and enjoying delicious, healthy meals made it a truly wonderful stay. My mother was also very happy and said she would love to stay again.

Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of my mother and me the other day. My Review is a bit late, but now that things have finally settled down, I’d like to share it while reminiscing about our trip. Since moving to the Kansai area, I now live apart from my mother in Shizuoka. This time, we planned a trip that also served as our Golden Week visit home, traveling from Nishi-Izu to Izu Kogen, and stayed at this Accommodation. My 75-year-old mother is still working actively and stays very busy; in her daily life she often ends up eating meals while standing. I chose this Accommodation because I wanted her to enjoy delicious food at a relaxed pace and spend some peaceful time. As it turned out, it was truly an unforgettable stay that left us completely satisfied. What impressed us most was the heartfelt hospitality—and above all, the outstanding cuisine. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, and each plate made us genuinely excited. It was beautiful to look at first, and once we tasted it, it exceeded our expectations even more. We could really feel the strong commitment to both ingredients and cooking methods. We were also moved by the freshly baked bread in the morning. There were so many varieties that it was hard to choose—soft, crisp, chewy…each with its own delicious character—and breakfast felt like pure happiness. The fruit platter also left a lasting impression. Since we don’t often get the chance to indulge like that in everyday life, we were delighted to savor wonderful fruit to our hearts’ content. Our Room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful touches and warm hospitality throughout—it was extremely comfortable. We spent time relaxing while enjoying the ocean view from the window. At night we used the private Onsen late in the evening and enjoyed a long soak together as mother and daughter. That time—talking about all sorts of things—has become a precious memory as well. I had seen Reviews mentioning that it can get crowded, but since we went later at night, we were able to enjoy it slowly. If we had chosen another Accommodation instead, these memories might not have felt nearly as warm. The carefully prepared cuisine and everyone’s considerate hospitality truly warmed our hearts. I imagine these are challenging times with rising prices and so on, but this is a wonderful Accommodation that I sincerely hope will continue for many years to come. We’re already looking forward to visiting again. Next time, I’d love to bring other family members as well. Thank you again for everything.

This was my third visit yesterday. The Onsen is wonderfully gentle on the skin and absolutely satisfying, but the meals and wine at the restaurant were, as always, outstanding. There were many dishes you can’t experience elsewhere—like lightly searing fish stuffed with olives yourself right at the table. With freshly baked bread, it was hard not to keep enjoying more wine. An Accommodation where you can savor such delicious cuisine with your dog and also fully enjoy the Onsen—I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your continued hospitality.

We stayed for one night on the Saturday after Golden Week. Just as we’d seen in the Reviews, it was simply amazing—an absolutely wonderful space with nothing to complain about. During our stay, we didn’t run into any other guests at all, so we were able to enjoy uninterrupted family time. The pool was spacious, and our children had a great time playing. It was a luxurious, out-of-the-ordinary experience in Okinawa—surrounded by greenery rather than ocean views. By the pool we saw snails and butterflies, and near the front desk they even showed us a stag beetle—our kids, who love animals and insects, were thrilled. Not only was the setting fantastic, but above all, the staff’s thoughtful hospitality made us truly glad we chose to stay here.

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

We were interested in the Shimanami Kaido and stayed here as a couple during Golden Week. From the website, we understood that this Accommodation highlights glamping as its main selling point, so although we wondered whether it might feel out of place for us—since we have no interest in glamping—we chose it because no other Hotel we wanted had availability. We were worried it might feel like an in-between option as a Hotel, but that concern disappeared the moment we stepped out of the Shuttle Service vehicle. We were impressed by the efficient check-in service from the staff, the first-floor entrance and dining area, and above all the beautiful view from there. Because it is located on a small remote island with only a few residents—and we were told that only islanders and Hotel vehicles are allowed to enter—we worried there might be nothing to do once we arrived. However, there were nature-based activities such as cave visits, and we could also walk to the Shimanami Kaido suspension bridge, so there was hardly enough time. Unfortunately, due to light rain and strong winds, our exploration was on foot; if it had been sunny, I think we could have rented the Hotel’s electric bicycles and gone out to Oshima and other areas. The meals featured plenty of fresh fish, and the sea bream rice in particular was outstanding. Drinks are self-serve with unlimited refills, which is irresistible for those who enjoy alcohol. The bath is not an Onsen, but there was plenty of hot water and thoughtfully selected amenities, so we enjoyed it. However, part of the bath in our Room looked as if it was under repair: one section of wall appeared to be temporarily covered with boards nailed on, and there was mold-like staining around that area. For that reason I lowered my rating for the guest room. I expect it will be fixed soon, but it did bother me slightly. The Shuttle Service staff on both arrival and departure kindly gave us guidance about the surrounding area as well—it was very enjoyable. This is a sightseeing Hotel that can be fully enjoyed not only by young families but also by mature couples like us.

It would be no exaggeration to say that this stay was the best among all the Hotels I have ever stayed at. Above all, the cuisine was truly outstanding—an experience that felt like “heaven.” The variety of dishes was impressive, and each ingredient freshly sourced from Amakusa was carefully and deliciously prepared. I was moved throughout the entire meal. When serving each dish, the staff also shared stories about the ingredients and wine, which made it especially enjoyable—not just eating, but appreciating the background as well. Everything was delicious, but what stood out most were the sushi with Amakusa kuruma prawns and Amakusa ishigaki sea bream, and the steak made with Amakusa black beef loin. Each dish brought out the best of its ingredients, and in particular, the steak had such concentrated flavor that it became an unforgettable plate. At breakfast, both “Kumasan no Kagayaki” rice and Tamango egg-over-rice were also incredibly delicious—I was impressed from first thing in the morning. The service was excellent as well. The staff’s warm and attentive hospitality left a strong impression. Everyone—including those in the kitchen—greeted us pleasantly, and thoughtful care could be felt everywhere. The Room was a villa type with each unit separate, so we hardly encountered other guests at all. We were able to relax in a private space at our own pace. From welcome drinks to checkout, every moment felt special—it was a truly fulfilling stay. This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

When we visited 6 and a half years ago, this Accommodation left us with such wonderful memories that we had been hoping to return someday. This time as well, we were fortunate to see the sunrise over the Tateyama Mountain Range. I loved the atmosphere of the previous inn, but after the renovation it has become a modern Accommodation—yet the warm hospitality from the young and very kind couple remains unchanged. With carefully prepared dishes featuring fresh seafood from Himi and breathtaking views of the Tateyama Mountain Range, everything is here. It is an Accommodation you will want to stay at again and again, even from far away. We will definitely visit again when we want to forget everyday life and relax. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Sedona for our first trip with our dog. I had a general sense of the atmosphere from photos, but seeing it in person was truly moving. A spacious property with a wonderful building that feels like being abroad. The appliances and the little items in the Room were all stylish and adorable!! Above all, our dog was the happiest, going back and forth between the garden and the Room again and again. Seeing that made my spouse and me incredibly happy! It’s far, so we can’t come back easily, but we would love to return here again. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing Accommodation!!

After staying at every Felice Villa Suite (haha), our whole family agreed: “Nagahama Bay again!”—so we came back. It’s a wonderful villa where you can truly relax in a very quiet setting. As with all Felice Villas, the moment you step into the Room, you’re overwhelmed with surprise and excitement. Not only the Facility, but also the many complimentary drinks, easy-to-use fabrics, amenities, and more— the thoughtfulness shown to guests is outstanding. And the warm smiles and pleasant service from every staff member make our stay at Felice Villa an even more memorable experience. Our time at Nagahama Bay completely changed our everyday routine and became a truly meaningful stay that left our entire family stress-free. Thank you very much.

I wasn’t sure how to plan my first visit to Yakushima, but thanks to the advice I received in advance, it became a meaningful 3-day, 2-night trip. The Hotel is just the right size, and the staff’s attentiveness was exceptional—everything I saw throughout my stay felt pleasant and comfortable. Being able to enjoy an Onsen on the island and the breathtaking view from my Room—one you could watch forever without getting tired of it—made it even more special. The only regret is that there were so many dining options that I couldn’t try them all. I stayed solo this time, but I believe this is a valuable Accommodation where everyone—from solo travelers to three-generation family trips—can spend time comfortably. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us smoothly and guided us to our Room with such care that we felt at ease from the very start. What left the strongest impression was the service from the staff at dinner. When I couldn’t decide on a drink and mentioned that I like sweet sake, they kindly recommended a few options in detail—and even showed me where I could buy them. Thanks to them, I not only discovered a delicious sake but also gained an extra highlight for our trip. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, and you could really tell how much attention was paid to the quality of the ingredients. The Facility inside the Accommodation was also very comfortable. The lounge furniture and overall design felt thoughtfully curated, creating a calm atmosphere that naturally makes you want to slow down and relax. Although the building is spacious, there was floor heating in the corridors and in the Onsen changing area, so moving around was comfortable even in winter without feeling too cold. Above all, the Onsen was truly exceptional—so soothing it’s hard to put into words. It felt as if both body and mind simply melted into relaxation. We also had an unexpected delight. Ever since arriving in Hokkaido, I had been hoping to see a long-tailed tit (shima-enaga), but hadn’t been able to—so I never imagined we’d see them here. And not just one, but three! It became a very special memory. This was a wonderful Accommodation where nature, an amazing Onsen, and warm hospitality from the staff made for a truly healing stay. We would love to visit again.

The cuisine, staff service, Onsen, and value for money were all absolutely satisfying. Especially the cuisine, featuring Bungo beef and ayu fish along with seasonal ingredients, was truly delicious and impressive. We used this facility to celebrate my mother's birthday, and thanks to your thoughtful arrangements, she was very delighted. I would definitely love to visit again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We have two slightly larger Toy Poodles (around 6–7 kg), and the garden (dog run) was spacious enough for both of them to run around freely together. The Room was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were of excellent quality. For breakfast, you kindly provided clam pasta for each of us at no extra charge—it was delicious. One small disappointment was that the tableware felt quite plastic-like.

We stayed for one night after my husband unexpectedly had a day off. The check-in service was very courteous, and I was thrilled to experience a traditional Japanese house-style Accommodation for the first time. It was a wonderful Accommodation with the warmth of wood throughout. The bath was spacious, and in the garden there was a small pond with goldfish. It was so quiet—we couldn’t hear any traffic at all—and it was truly amazing!! There were plenty of relaxation items such as a massage chair, lots of ice in the ice maker, and even a freezer—so buying ice cream wasn’t a worry. I can’t write enough about how satisfied we were. One night wasn’t enough. I’m also curious about the other buildings, so we’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything—I've come to love Misaki even more.

Staying overnight in a TV tower designated as an Important Cultural Property was a truly special experience you can’t find anywhere else. Inside the Room, the exposed steel framework let me feel the tower’s presence even while indoors, which was genuinely exciting. Stepping out onto the terrace offered breathtaking views over Hisaya-odori Park, and at night, guests could exclusively access the observation deck to fully enjoy Nagoya’s night scenery. I also appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail in the Facility, furnishings, and amenities. Above all, the staff’s warm hospitality was outstanding; touches like a welcome service featuring tea and sweets pairings were deeply soothing. This Hotel perfectly balances extraordinary luxury with human warmth—I would love to return.

To celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday, we took a mother-and-daughter trip together for the first time in a long while. It was our first stay at Rokka, and everything exceeded the great reviews—the Facilities, hospitality, and delicious meals were all wonderful. Even my elderly mother says she wants to come again.\nNext time, I’d like to visit with my daughter and aunt as well.\nThank you very much.

Not only were the views wonderful, but the Accommodation was also very clean, the meals were delicious, and everything was excellent. I would definitely like to stay again. Personally, I was especially impressed by the breakfast, where I could enjoy many delicious dishes in small portions along with tasty white rice. I truly enjoyed the flavors of Akita and Oga. This was my second visit. After my last stay, I had been hoping to return because the Room, furnishings, bath, and meals were all wonderful. This time exceeded my expectations in every way as well. The meals in particular were outstanding: they carefully accommodated my preferences and allergies, and prepared beautifully flavored dishes using plenty of seasonal vegetables and wild mountain plants. I heard that you plan to relocate to a newly built property nearby sometime next year. I would love to visit once more before you move.
