I stayed here while sightseeing in Nara. From check-in, the staff were welcoming and pleasant. Until 9:00, there were complimentary soft drinks and complimentary alcohol, and the loud announcement when breakfast was ready gave me energy in the morning. Even the housekeeping staff saw me off with kind words, and I was very satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, my Room was quite far from the elevator, which was a bit tough on my legs—but I would definitely stay again if I have the chance! I also appreciated the pillow service.

Located right in front of JR Nara Station, it was very convenient and comfortable. Here are the highlights: 1) The breakfast buffet was excellent, with freshly baked bread, roasted green tea rice porridge, and medicinal curry—all delicious. 2) A wide variety of welcome drinks were available for extended hours. 3) The hotel is in a very convenient location with views of Nara Station. You can easily buy late-night snacks at the supermarket inside the station building, and Starbucks and the bus stops are right in front.

The Room was small, but it was more than enough for one person. It was my first solo trip in a while, and I had a very pleasant stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very comfortable. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff explained everything carefully. They had a memory foam pillow at the exact same height as the one I use at home, so I slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed at “Sakura.” The Room was very spacious and spotless! The Accommodation is surrounded by trees, and the view from the window was beautiful and truly relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied—the decorative cuts of the ingredients and the stylish tableware made everything look adorable as well. We could enjoy our meal calmly with in-room dining. All staff kindly helped us with everything, including welcoming us, adjusting the meal content (for pregnancy), and lending us a steam iron. Their warm, gentle hospitality really stood out. The bath was a large hinoki-wood bath, and amenities such as shampoo and lotion were Aesop with a wonderful fragrance. It’s also close to sightseeing spots like Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Nara Park, so we highly recommend it if you’re visiting Nara! We made unforgettable memories. We’ll be back as a family of three after our baby is born!

Close to the station, near major sightseeing spots, and affordable—that’s why I chose it, and it turned out to be even better than expected (great value for the price). The luggage storage before check-in was very helpful. The twin Room was slightly larger than a typical Business Hotel Room and was very clean. The bathroom area in particular was spotless—not a trace of water stains or mold. I was truly impressed. The breakfast bread was thick, fluffy, and delicious. Also, the staff member who helped us at breakfast greeted us with a constant smile, which made the morning feel wonderful. At check-out, a deer saw us off at the door—another memorable moment. On my next trip to Nara, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my father’s 77th birthday. Thanks to the thoughtful care of all the staff, we were able to have a wonderful celebration, and we are truly grateful. The view from our Room was amazing, and we also enjoyed the sunset. The view from the private open-air bath was also stunning, and it made us feel relaxed and at peace. At dinner, they added a message to our dessert, took photos for us, and even hung a teru-teru-bozu charm on our Room door—thank you for such warm hospitality. The night view & stargazing tour was fun as well! Also, there were various games on each table in the lobby that didn’t detract from the interior design, and we enjoyed them with our children. Each member of the staff greeted us with a smile and genuine hospitality—it was a wonderful Hotel. Thanks to you all, my father was delighted, and it became a memorable stay.

Just before check-out, my grandfather who was traveling with us became unwell, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. At dinner, they even specially chopped the food into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful care from a middle-aged female staff member. All of the staff were very kind. The hospitality was outstanding!

This was my third stay this year. I wanted to introduce this highly recommended Hotel, so this time I brought a friend. We had a wonderful time, chatting away in the Executive Lounge and the Social Lounge. Thank you as always. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Thank you for your suggestions for the Roku-chan Room. We’re also cherishing the kofun cushion we purchased at home. Although we originally planned to stay overnight, we ended up enjoying many things more than expected. We were able to stay until late and relax at our own pace. Thank you very much for everything.

I enjoyed watching the Omizutori ceremony at Todaiji Nigatsudo and had a pleasant stay with that feeling lingering. The room was functional and clean, with a spacious and relaxing bathroom. It is a rare and refreshing new accommodation in Nara.

The Room was clean, and since I went to the large public bath early, it was almost private and very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the explanations of each dish were polite and easy to understand. Although I was traveling solo, I had a wonderful trip. Later that night, I regretted not requesting a humidifier—I realized they might have been able to provide one if I had asked in advance. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a trip to Nara. Even though it was a great-value Plan, the Room was spacious and spotless, with a wide range of amenities. It was also very quiet. The bathroom and toilet were new, and the Facility was excellent, so I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, everything was clean. With floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and such a great view, it made me want to stay at the Hotel instead of going out. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. When I come back to Nara, I will definitely stay here again.

I’m not a fan of twin-bed-style mattresses in a Japanese-style room. I hesitated even after seeing the photos at the time of Reservation, but when I arrived and asked for a standard Japanese-style room, they kindly agreed right away and said they could remove the mattresses immediately. Thanks to that, I was able to sleep comfortably on traditional futon bedding in the tatami room. If there were information stating that switching to a standard Japanese-style setup is possible, I think it would appeal to a wider range of guests.

This is a Hotel with an attached spa. The hot stone sauna is available for an additional fee, and we really enjoyed it. They also offer massages and body scrubs. Each time we used the baths, we could borrow fresh towels, which was another great point. Our Room didn’t have a bathtub—only a shower—but since we used the large public bath in the spa, it wasn’t an issue. In fact, the Room felt neat and uncluttered, which was very nice. There was also a water dispenser installed in front of the elevators on our floor, which was convenient. There are several dining options inside the building, so you can choose what you like. You can enter even late at night, which is great. With so much to enjoy, you can relax and spend your time comfortably without even leaving the Hotel. We’d love to stay again.

The Hotel is located on lively Sanjo Street, close to JR Nara Station. Getting to Kintetsu Nara Station is also enjoyable, as you can walk through the shopping arcade and browse various shops. Kofuku-ji Temple and Nara Park are easy to find—just head east along Sanjo Street—making it a great base for sightseeing. The Hotel is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, it’s very convenient, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Nara.

I stayed here during Golden Week! There were a lot of people around Nara Park, but the area around the Hotel felt like a quiet residential neighborhood, so I was able to relax in peace. I was a little disappointed that I had to close the curtain for privacy when using the open-air bath in the Room (though I understand it couldn’t be helped). The Room was spacious and very clean. Personally, I also loved how cute the coffee and tea cups were—it made me happy. I booked a plan with two meals included, and both were beautifully presented, with great taste and satisfying portions! I stopped by before check-in to leave my luggage, and they gave me a map of the area and explained recommended places in detail, including how long it would take from the Hotel. At check-in as well, the staff member who showed me to my Room told me about some famous shops—everyone’s thoughtfulness truly meant a lot to me. Thank you very much!!

We stayed here with four people for sightseeing in Nara the other day. The Room was spacious, with four beds, a large sofa, and a table, so we were able to stay very comfortably. The bath, toilet, and washbasin were separate, which was very convenient. It is adjacent to Kintetsu Nara Station, making it easy to get anywhere! Above all, it offers great value for money. We would love to stay here again if we visit Nara in the future.

I stayed during the rainy season. The parking lot is a bit far, and the entrance is narrow, so I had to be careful. However, depending on the parking space, it was convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The first floor serves as an entrance area with a convenience store attached, which was very helpful for any last-minute needs. The reception counter is on the second floor, where breakfast is also served. Welcome drinks are available at certain times with a wide variety to choose from. Although I accidentally spilled some in the elevator while deciding what to pick, the staff quickly provided cleaning supplies and assisted me promptly. The breakfast area is small, so securing seats was challenging for families. However, it was great to enjoy local specialties like Nara's famous persimmon leaf sushi and Narazuke pickles. Even with small children in tow, we found the room very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Room with a loft bed that allowed our family to relax comfortably. The location is very close to the station. We were able to park slightly earlier (with an additional fee) and go sightseeing by train conveniently. There are izakayas and stylish restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so finding dinner options wasn’t an issue at all. Umbrella rentals were available as well; we borrowed one for dinner outings at night without worrying about dealing with wet umbrellas upon returning to our Room. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed here for sightseeing in Nara. It’s right in front of the station and within walking distance of the main attractions, so we were able to go sightseeing twice—on both the first and second days. Since check-out was not until 11:00, we could leave our luggage at the Hotel and enjoy sightseeing at a relaxed pace, which was great. We were also surprised to see about 10 deer casually hanging around in a park(?) just a few dozen meters from the Hotel—it really felt like Nara. The Hotel rates were reasonable, and the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. As for the Room, it was a bit inconvenient that when boiling water with the kettle, the power outlet was located above the TV and hard to use. My daughter is staying overnight in Nara this month to meet up with friends, and based on my recommendation she plans to stay at Smile Hotel. Thank you in advance. We would also like to stay here again when we visit Nara.

The view from the Room was outstanding. The meals featured seasonal ingredients, and we enjoyed them to the fullest. Thank you very much.
