We stayed as a couple. There’s a Don Quijote nearby, and it’s about a 2-minute walk from the nearest station. It’s also close to sightseeing spots, and they kindly stored our luggage even after checkout. The next morning, we used the foot bath, and with the nice weather it was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. The Facility is a bit dated, but we felt it was great value for the price. We also enjoyed the welcome drinks and sweets. Thank you very much.

The Room was step-free and very comfortable. The amenities were Sekkisei and Stephen Knoll, and both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa—everything was excellent. The compact size of the Room also felt cozy, and since the shower nozzle and bathtub faucet were separate, I could fill the tub while showering. The bathtub was a very comfortable size as well. A Hotel in a great location near the station and convenient for going out for drinks in Noge!! I will definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night and two days to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Dinner was at “Hanagoyomi,” and breakfast was served in-room. From the pre-stay email communication onward, the staff were extremely attentive, and our stay was wonderful in every way—the Room, the service, and the restaurant. We would love to stay again; my mother was truly delighted, which made me very happy. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Our Room was upgraded, which made the stay feel truly special. The shower room and bathtub handles were easy to use; some overseas ones can be complicated and confusing. Breakfast was the premium in-room breakfast, so it felt extra special and there was more than we could finish. It was a relaxing treat for myself, and I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed here for my daughter’s entrance exam. I asked the female front desk staff about the trains on the exam day, and I was happy with how kindly and thoroughly she explained everything. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels, amenities, and in-room items—great value for the price. It’s close to the station, with a convenience store right next door and many restaurants nearby, so next time we stay I’d like to enjoy a good meal in the area as well. We will stay again.

I stayed here the night before a trip to Izu. For dinner, I enjoyed food and drinks at BASEGATE Yokohama within walking distance, and then relaxed in the large public bath on the first floor of the Hotel. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama Kannai.

This was the Accommodation I chose for a relaxing stay in Yokohama. I had made my Reservation quite a while ago and arrived with little prior knowledge, but the view from the Hotel and the location were excellent—and it’s close to the station! The Room is compact yet very functional, and the separate bathroom is spacious. Chinatown is just a short walk away—an absolute win. Being able to complete checkout in the Room was also great for avoiding crowds. The restaurant on the 1st floor looked wonderful, but I didn’t dine there this time—definitely next time. I’d love to try a different type of Room as well. I’m sure I’ll stay again, and I’ll recommend it to others. This time I also stayed at a nearby Hotel, and each has its own strengths—both are great. It’s an area full of character and history—lively yet quiet at night. Even when I have plans in central Tokyo, I’d still like to stay here. It’s only been two days since check-out, and I already want to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura for a trip to Kamakura to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. As soon as we entered the Hotel, the pleasant fragrance was soothing, and the staff were courteous and attentive at check-in. The Room was spacious and beautifully kept. The next morning, we joined a neighborhood walk guided by a former rickshaw puller, who shared stories about the history of the temples we visited through enjoyable conversation—it was truly a valuable experience. My friend was also very happy that we chose Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura as our Accommodation, and it made for a wonderful trip overall. Thank you very much.

Following my daughter’s birthday stay last year, we visited again this year for a concert at K-Arena. There was an issue where our stored luggage could not be located temporarily, but the staff handled it perfectly. They apologized again at checkout, and I felt reassured knowing the information had been properly shared among the team. I’d love to stay again because I really enjoy the breakfast here. There was a great variety of cold dishes, and the live kitchen also offered plenty of sweets. Thank you as well for upgrading our Room.

Stayed here to attend a live show at K-Arena. It’s right by Shin-Takashima Station and also close to K-Arena, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, so the location is excellent. The Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the large public bath was also spotless; the water temperature was just right and helped me recover from travel fatigue. Also, access to the elevators and the large public bath requires a key card, so security feels solid. From the Room window, I enjoyed Yokohama’s night view. The Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the official website provides detailed directions, so it’s worth checking. Overall I was very satisfied, and I’d like to stay again when I visit Yokohama.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

As I stayed alone, it felt a bit pricey, but I still want to stay here again. Meals were buffet-style, with an excellent variety and well-managed temperatures for each dish. At breakfast, I was surprised to have an omelet made right in front of me, one by one. There were several different types of baths, which I really enjoyed. Since I requested a high floor, the view was outstanding. I would like to stay again.

I stay from time to time, and the Room is always clean, and I can relax comfortably in the bath. I’m satisfied every time, but I would be happy if the women’s skincare amenities were a bit more in line with what you’d expect from Hyatt Regency. This time I didn’t add breakfast, but both the restaurant buffet and the French restaurant on the first floor are delicious, and the bakery’s nikin loaf bread is also great—I sometimes buy it as a gift. I’ll be back again!

Thank you as always. I have a favorite Room and reserve it whenever possible. The harbor view through the large arched window is wonderful—sea kayaks floating on the water in the morning sun, and the beautiful night scenery. It’s the best! The staff are always kind, so I can spend my stay peacefully. Since the windows in this Room do not open, a special air purifier is also provided. Even with heavy luggage, the limousine bus from Haneda is convenient, so I often use Minato Mirai as my base when I have errands in central Tokyo. I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed here with someone special. Thank you for bringing us an extra blanket even in the middle of the night. We requested breakfast via Room service, and it was set up quickly and with great care. We were able to enjoy it together while taking in the wonderful view. We made great memories, and we are grateful to everyone at the Hotel. Everything went smoothly, and the Room was excellent. This was my first time staying here. We visited Yokohama as a family during Golden Week. The Room was spacious, and having two sinks made it very convenient. The bathroom was also roomy, and we were able to relax and warm up properly. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese set meal and enjoyed it very much. It was also a nice bonus that, thanks to the partnership with a coffee shop, we could get drinks at a discount. Next time, I’d like to try the partner restaurants as well. The Hotel staff were extremely polite and kind, which made our Golden Week even more enjoyable. I liked it so much that I signed up for the Hotel app and also made a Reservation for our summer vacation. Thank you again in advance—we look forward to staying with you again.

This is about our 10th stay. It’s my daughter’s favorite, so we keep coming back. The rooftop footbath, the view, the baths, the travel vibe, and the location—everything is great. Also, we’d love to see the fair menu (à la carte) grilled beef dish (the one you cook at the table), which my meat-loving daughter adores, offered again.

I stayed at this Hotel because of its great Reviews. It was conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room was very clean. Amenities were available near the front desk, and I picked up what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast this time due to my schedule… If I have the chance, I’d like to visit again and enjoy breakfast as well. I used the in-room unit bath at night, but in the morning I refreshed myself with a soak in the large public bath. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate his birthday. It was the first birthday we’ve celebrated since getting married, and we were able to truly relax—it became an unforgettable memory. When we entered the Room, we were delighted to find a celebratory message and chocolates prepared for us, and it also made us happy to see a towel bear placed on the bed! In the evening, we had requested a birthday plate at Code Bar, and it was served smoothly; they even took photos for us. We were also shown to the counter seats we had hoped for, and once again I was impressed by the excellent communication among the Hotel staff and their hospitality. We were able to unwind in the club lounge as well, and both the Room and everything else were very clean—we relaxed so much that we lost track of time. He was absolutely thrilled too, and this is definitely a Hotel we want to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!
