It was our first time at Hagi Onsen, and the three of us—my 90-year-old mother, my wife, and I—stayed here. The building has been renovated, and the interior was very clean. The whole Hotel also had a pleasant fragrance. Our Room was a spacious, clean corner Room, and the view was outstanding with a full ocean panorama. The Hagi Onsen water felt soft and the temperature was just right; my mother was delighted. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. Every dish we had was delicious as well. I had been wanting to stay here for a long time. The lobby has a wonderful resort atmosphere, and when I entered the Room, I was greeted by a Kobe-like mosaic view from the spacious balcony. At night, the Ferris wheel was beautifully illuminated. Breakfast was delicious as well—especially the hamburger, which was outstanding! The staff’s smiles and hospitality also became a great travel memory. I decided to make this my regular Accommodation in Kobe—thank you for taking such good care of me.

As our arrival time at the Accommodation was uncertain, we made a last-minute Reservation at a Japanese restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a delicious meal. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, and every dish was excellent; you could really feel the chef’s craftsmanship, with high-quality ingredients on offer—we were very satisfied.

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

We were very satisfied with the price and service at this cottage. It was in a great location right in front of Nagura Bay, and the sunset was beautiful. Our whole family had a wonderful trip and was very happy.

My first time at Kaike Onsen. I honestly didn’t know Tottori had such a wonderful place. A very large and impressive Ryokan, beautiful views from the window, and an excellent Onsen with great water quality using its own private source. The meals were also luxurious and delicious. Of course, dishes made with premium ingredients like abalone and nodoguro were fantastic, but what impressed me most were the carefully prepared items—such as the appetizer at dinner and the wide variety of small side dishes at breakfast—which were all truly delicious. All of the staff were very kind as well. It was a wonderful Ryokan—I’d love to visit again...

We chose the full-course crab kaiseki. A variety of crab dishes were served in different styles, all of them delicious, and the portions were so generous we couldn’t finish everything—we were very satisfied. It’s a historic Hotel with attentive service, but the aging Facility stood out and was a bit concerning. I understand a major renovation may be difficult, but if you could do some partial updates, I would like to stay again.

The rooms and service were excellent, and we were very satisfied. We also dined at the restaurant on the first floor for dinner, and it was of a very high standard. If I may make a suggestion, the last order is at 8:00 PM, but extending it to around 8:30 PM would have been appreciated.

Unfortunately, due to the rain we couldn’t see the Tateyama Mountain Range, but the panoramic ocean view from the window was amazing. The bath was clean, and the Room was spotless—we were very satisfied. This is an Accommodation we would definitely love to stay at again!

I stayed with my daughter and our dog. Although the facility is not brand new as it is the second generation, it is well-maintained, very clean, and equipped with user-friendly amenities that made our stay comfortable. Everything was neatly organized, as if by a master of tidiness! The meals we were looking forward to were exceptional, featuring locally sourced ingredients and delicious homemade sauces prepared by the hostess. The flavors were outstanding. We also enjoyed chatting with their grandchild who happened to visit and had a great conversation with the host, which became a memorable part of our trip. The location is close to the sea, surrounded by parks and other accommodations where you can enjoy leisurely walks in a relaxing environment. This accommodation comes highly recommended!

I was amazed by the quality of the hot water. It was smooth and wonderful. The open-air bath was also relaxing, and it was great that it was available until midnight, allowing us to enjoy it at our convenience. The meals were refined, with excellent ingredients used in every dish

All the staff were cheerful and kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. At dinner, the proprietress even came to greet us in person, which truly moved me. Just one thing I noticed: The closet door (storage space) in the Room was loose and looked like it might come off. I happened to have tools with me, so I tightened the screws as a temporary fix. I know you are busy, but please check it once. The meals were delicious, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

I’ve visited Miyakojima several times, but this may be the only Facility in this price range that offers so much. With a jacuzzi bath, pool, sauna, and a private beach—more than you could ask for—and this time the weather was great and we even got to see the sunset, so we were very satisfied. As for the sauna, there’s no lighting fixture so it’s pitch-dark at night, but since it has a window, it didn’t bother us.
