Also, each Room is in a separate building, so I never heard other guests during my stay and was able to enjoy a truly relaxing getaway. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

This is a Hotel I stayed at with my daughter last autumn and completely fell in love with. This time, we were able to return again in spring sooner than expected. It felt like the wonderful hospitality from our previous stay had been taken to an even higher level. The staff who provided Shuttle Service, the staff who welcomed us, and the staff who spoke to us during our stay—everyone was so warm, and we truly felt relaxed from the bottom of our hearts. This time I visited with a friend who lives in the U.S., and she was also deeply impressed. I saw this Hotel featured on JAL’s agora plus and immediately thought, “I want to go!” so I made a Reservation right away. It was my first visit, and I truly enjoyed a relaxing, elegant stay. The staff’s hospitality was wonderful, and the Room had an ocean view with a tatami area as well, which made it very comfortable. I was genuinely impressed by how relaxing it felt without a TV. The bed and sheets were so soft, and I don’t think I’ve ever slept this soundly at a Hotel. Dinner was absolutely delicious—I was moved from the very first bite, and it never disappointed all the way to the end. When the meat dish came out, I even thought, “It’s going to be over soon…” This time my mother and daughter and I were celebrating something small, so I mentioned it when making the Reservation, and they wrote a message on the dessert plate for us—it meant so much. I would love to come again for some rest and healing. Thank you very much.

We stayed here the night before and the night after our trip. Above all, the Hotel was very convenient, with excellent access from Rinku-Town Station and a shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport. The front desk staff were kind, and the Room was spacious and clean, so we had a very comfortable stay.

We chose the full-course crab kaiseki. A variety of crab dishes were served in different styles, all of them delicious, and the portions were so generous we couldn’t finish everything—we were very satisfied. It’s a historic Hotel with attentive service, but the aging Facility stood out and was a bit concerning. I understand a major renovation may be difficult, but if you could do some partial updates, I would like to stay again.

While dinner might be slightly less impressive compared to breakfast, there are plenty of dishes, and they are delicious. The Onsen water is exceptional. It can be a bit inconvenient to bring towels and bath towels from the room, but you get used to it. The outdoor bath in the morning is also fantastic. The rooms are exclusively for guests with dogs, but our dogs were comfortable, slept well, and got used to staying in their cages when we were out. You can hardly hear other dogs barking from other rooms. The interior is very clean and equipped with toys, lint rollers, food bowls, bed sheets, and disposable wet towels. This time around, the staff was accommodating with our arrival time flexibility and even helped us when we forgot something—truly thoughtful service!
