We stayed for 3 nights. It’s about a 12–13 minute walk from American Village, but it was quiet and very nice. The Room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. We’d love to stay again next time!

Just as the Reviews said, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and we were impressed by the generous amount of food—more than we could finish. Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were private, so we could relax at our own pace. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We revisited with the much-anticipated Sushi Plan that we decided to try after being impressed by the view from the room last time! The cuisine exceeded our expectations—luxurious and delicious, it was absolutely worth it. While preparing meals ourselves is fun, enjoying professional flavors in a private space is truly exceptional. Once again, it was just the two of us staying, so the room felt incredibly spacious (laughs), but every corner was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of freshness. With this level of cleanliness, I’m sure even large family trips or group visits would be enjoyable for everyone. This was our second time using the unmanned check-in system, and it went smoothly. We had such a relaxing stay again! Next time, we’d love to bring along more people for an even bigger gathering!

I stayed at this Hotel to reunite with my university friends for the first time in 40 years. We thoroughly enjoyed Mt. Every spring, we look forward to staying at Toba Grand Hotel. Since last year, our family has grown with a dog, so we stayed in the open-air bath guest room “Waon,” and this year again our whole family was able to relax and return home refreshed after a year of fatigue. We were a little disappointed by some changes and reductions in service—such as the welcome fruit no longer being offered and patissiere Seri’s dog cookies no longer being available—but overall it was a stay that soothed both body and mind thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. Thank you very much. It’s a popular Hotel that becomes harder to secure a Reservation every year. We wanted to do a Multiple Night Stay in Waon this time as well, but unfortunately it wasn’t available. Even though we’ve only just returned home, our whole family is already determined to get a Multiple Night Stay Reservation for next year.

It was my first trip to Shiga, and everything was perfect. The view from the Hotel and the Room were amazing. In one (or two) words: "Comfortable" and "Impressive." Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our family of four stayed for one night over the New Year holidays, and it was a wonderful stay that far exceeded our expectations. As it has only been two months since opening, the Accommodation was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The living room—about 50 m²—felt modern yet warm, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. There is a wood-burning fireplace, and spending time there while playing our favorite music through the large speakers was truly special. One entire wall facing the sea is made of windows, and watching the sun set into the horizon from the living room left us speechless. The spacious terrace also offers an incredible sense of openness. The bath with sauna features modern marble design, and soaking while enjoying the outdoor view was deeply relaxing both physically and mentally. Another highlight is the long stay: check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 15:00 the next day, allowing you to unwind and fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. Meals are arranged at a restaurant at “LOQUAT Nishiizu,” about a 15-minute drive away. The restaurant is set in a beautifully renovated traditional house with great character—completely different in atmosphere from the Accommodation—so it feels like enjoying two Hotels in one trip. It was also surprising (in a great way) that three meals are included for a one-night, two-day stay. Dinner—the Italian course—was excellent, so we chose to have even the complimentary lunch on the following day as a full course as well, and it did not disappoint. The staff were outstanding too. From arrival to departure we were assisted by one dedicated attendant who provided truly wonderful service. Everyone clearly has strong passion for energizing Nishiizu, actively taking on new initiatives such as strawberry picking exclusively for guests. This is an Accommodation I would love many people to experience.

First of all, the meals were excellent. The tableware was also lovely. The large public bath was clean, and with a sauna and an open-air bath, it couldn’t have been better. I would love to stay again.

My first stay in Enoshima. Maybe because it was a weekday, they even upgraded us. The spacious Room and the open-air bath while enjoying the view outside were amazing! If I had to mention one thing, there was only Chinese cuisine for dinner, so as seniors we wished there had been more options, but the Chinese food was still very delicious (laugh). Also, the breakfast bento was far better than expected, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful, and it turned into a very satisfying short trip. Thank you! I’ll make another Reservation!

This is a Hotel I stayed at with my daughter last autumn and completely fell in love with. This time, we were able to return again in spring sooner than expected. It felt like the wonderful hospitality from our previous stay had been taken to an even higher level. The staff who provided Shuttle Service, the staff who welcomed us, and the staff who spoke to us during our stay—everyone was so warm, and we truly felt relaxed from the bottom of our hearts. This time I visited with a friend who lives in the U.S., and she was also deeply impressed. We’re already saying, “Let’s definitely go again!” I’m also impressed by how deeply Terrace Hotels cares about Okinawa’s environment.

I chose this Hotel near the Imperial Palace for a trip to celebrate my birthday. My sightseeing plan focused mainly on the Imperial Palace area, Kanda-Jimbocho, and Ueno. It was a 2-night, 3-day trip. After checking the website and Reviews, I decided based on the view from the Room window, the breakfast buffet, and the location. When making my Reservation, I added comments about it being a special occasion and requested a good view from the window. On the day of arrival, I checked in around 4:00 PM feeling excited and nervous. The front desk was less crowded than expected, and everything went smoothly. Service The female staff member at reception had “In Training” on her name tag, but she was polite, clear, and so efficient that it didn’t feel like she was in training at all. Partway through, an experienced female staff member helped with the process and chatted with us about our anniversary and stay; she felt very approachable and left a great impression. When we were told “Top floor!”, my expectations rose even more. The male staff member at check-out was also sharp and professional. Room & Amenities Palace View Twin Room The Room felt a little small for luggage during a Multiple Night Stay, but the amenities were well stocked and I was satisfied overall. Above all—when I opened the curtains—the fresh greenery of the Imperial Palace grounds and moat came into view, with Shinjuku’s skyline in the distance. What an incredible location! On our first day we could even see Mt. Fuji far away—so lucky. Morning light, sunset, night views—everything was amazing. I’m glad I requested a good view. Bathroom 3-piece unit (toilet / sink / bathtub) Because the toilet is positioned right against the wall side, the toilet paper holder is very close to your body and slightly awkward to use. Dining We had breakfast buffet for one day—with an Imperial Palace view! It instantly lifted my mood in the morning!! Steak for breakfast—surprisingly delicious (my partner went back for thirds). Both steak and omelets were prepared at a live kitchen station; the chef had a wonderful smile and provided attentive service. If we’d had more room in our stomachs, we would have ordered another round—the food (and chef) were excellent! There was also plenty of variety across Japanese- and Western-style dishes; everything was satisfying. The salmon roe (ikura) and sashimi were especially tasty. There was also take-away coffee available at the entrance—a thoughtful touch that made me very happy. Access / Location Tips Takebashi Station Exit 3b connects directly to this Hotel; however if you have a suitcase, head to Exit 3a instead—take the escalator up, turn left, and you’ll reach it right away. For guests staying multiple nights or carrying lots of luggage، Exit 3a is recommended as it’s easier with bags。

It was my first time staying in Hagi, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery that truly lives up to the name “Hagi Hakkei.” I asked to change dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. so I could watch the sunset from my Room, and I was able to take my time enjoying the sun slowly sink

We’d like to try again next time. Also, dining in a semi-private setting allowed us to enjoy the dishes in a calm atmosphere. Every dish made with local ingredients was delicious. The simmered fish was especially good, and I would have liked to eat it together with rice. I
