This Hotel is outstanding in every respect, including the cuisine, the view from the Room, the large public bath, cleanliness, and service. The buffet was exceptionally luxurious in both quality and variety.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

When we decided to visit Amanohashidate, we looked for a Hotel and chose Mercure. When I wrote in my message, “We will be visiting on my birthday,” the Room was decorated with a message card and a birthday cake made from towels. I had forgotten about it, so I was deeply moved. Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and the entire Hotel felt thoughtfully kept to only what was necessary, making it very comfortable. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and not only drinks but also alcohol were available—everything was taken care of. We went home completely satisfied. Thank you very much. This was my first stay. The Hotel is located right in the heart of American Village. The convenience is a perfect 100 out of 100. There’s a convenience store directly connected to the hotel lobby, and restaurants are just steps away once you step outside. Parking is free and located next to the hotel. The Room was clean and spacious enough. Unfortunately, my Room didn’t have an ocean view but instead faced Hilton Chatan—still, no complaints! It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying food and drinks in American Village. I also appreciated the variety of options, from business-like Rooms to luxurious ones with pools—it offers great flexibility for different needs. I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting American Village!

We stayed in a Junior Suite for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. The Facility, location, dining, and hospitality were all outstanding. The staff’s warm welcome and delicious cuisine made our stay even more special. The view of the Miyako Blue sea and the Irabu Bridge from our luxurious Room was the ultimate indulgence.

Although it is a bit far from the station, shuttle buses run frequently, so it never felt inconvenient. I checked in quite late at night, but the staff were thoughtful in every way—from meals to luggage—so I was able to stay very comfortably. It truly felt like a long-established Hotel. I didn’t use the large public bath, but the Room bath uses separate hot and cold water controls, so adjusting the temperature may be a little tricky. Amenities are provided in generous pump bottles. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and there was also a balcony—spending time there was a lovely part of the stay. Above all, the view from the Room was stunning—like a Turner painting. The night cruise was wonderful, and listening to the cheerful captain-in-training was very informative—from how to take photos to stories about the origins of the deer. It was fascinating to hear how it differs from Kasuga Taisha and Kashima Jingu, and even that deer ride the ferry back to Miyajima. The cruise itself was excellent; as we approached the great torii gate, I could really feel its scale. The souvenir shop didn’t feel cluttered at all—you can enjoy choosing from both high-end items and more casual ones. A relative in Hiroshima told me, “It’s been a good Hotel for years,” and I’m truly glad I chose this place.

I visited Genjikoh in Minamichita for the first time to relax in the Onsen. From the warm welcome, we enjoyed chatting about a small connection we had in common, and both the delicious meals and kind service left me completely satisfied. The Onsen was wonderful not only for its water quality, but also for the beautiful view from the open-air bath, allowing me to truly unwind. Thank you very much. There was just one disappointing point. After dinner the previous evening, I was told that checkout might be crowded the next day and that it would be convenient to settle all payments that night, so I did. However, at checkout I was asked to pay again, and I had to present my Receipt myself. That left me feeling disappointed at the very end. Aside from that matter, my stay was truly comfortable. This was our second stay. After our last visit, we knew we wanted to come back. All of the meals are generous and delicious. Each of the five baths has its own unique atmosphere, and the Sky Bath in particular feels wonderfully open—if you catch the sunset, it’s perfect. We’d love to visit again.

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.
