  • Perfect for sightseeing in Kawagoe

    It was a great location for sightseeing, and the view from the Room was amazing!The Room we stayed in had a balcony, with a great view, and we could relax outside as well.It was within walking distance of Kawagoe’s sightseeing spots, so we really enjoyed exploring.Breakfast was included, but it was fairly standard.There is no ice machine, but if you ask at the front desk, they will provide ice for free.The staff were kind and made our trip enjoyable.Thank you very much.

  • It was great.

    Thank you for storing our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. We also appreciated the 24-hour coffee service. The breakfast had more variety than we expected and was delicious.The room was well cleaned, which was great.If I had to mention a few points, it was disappointing that the toilet seat was cold, the elevator was a bit slow, and there were not many amenities for women.
