We stayed here again this year on a Disney trip with my daughters. We were able to check in before heading to DisneySea in the evening, relax at our own pace, and enjoy shopping at Bon Voyage—it's a place we really like! We also had a great time at Disneyland from the morning the next day. The staff were very helpful during our stay, and we would love to stay again.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera *Mitridate, King of Pontus*. You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I often use Keyaki Gate and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated out of five points, but in reality it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium running up through the building. It looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights, staying on an upper floor could be difficult. Because it’s open inside, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights, it’s better to book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested a late checkout at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have many items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. This was my first stay here. On the day of our visit, my daughter became unwell at Disney, so we arrived at the Hotel earlier than planned. When I asked whether an early check-in might be possible, you kindly accommodated us, for which I am truly grateful. Thanks to your help, she was able to rest in the Room and later recovered. I had hoped to thank you in person but couldn’t, so please allow me to express my appreciation here. The entire Hotel had a calm atmosphere, and we were able to relax comfortably. We also felt the staff’s outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. In particular, the bath had strong water pressure and helped soothe our tired bodies. While there were a few areas where the Hotel showed its age, everything was well maintained down to every detail, making our stay very pleasant. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were a convenience store inside or very nearby. Thanks to the warm support from all staff members, this became a truly memorable stay. The next time we visit Disney, we would love to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights as a couple. After transferring between public transportation from out of town, we arrived at Maihama Station. We took the shuttle bus from the bus stop and arrived at night, completely exhausted, but the complimentary Hiyori chazuke was delicious and comforting. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and having the toilet and bathroom separated was very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent.

I was very satisfied and felt refreshed! I would like to stay again!

This was my first stay. Although I had booked a low-priced Room Plan, they kindly upgraded me and prepared a wonderful sea-side Room. It was spacious with a great view, and I was very satisfied. Most impressive of all was the breakfast buffet. Enjoying a meal while looking out at the ocean truly felt like an escape from everyday life. This is a Hotel I definitely want to visit again next time. Ah—what a great time!

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The Room and the service were excellent. We had dinner with a separate Reservation, and when we heard the staff were also from Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay, it all made sense. Everyone in every department was wonderful. One thing we noticed was a small piece of plastic trash left on a ledge in the bathroom. Neither of us put it there, so we thought it may have been left behind during cleaning when opening something new. Since it was clear plastic on a white shelf, it may have been hard to notice. Even so, everything else was so great that it didn’t matter at all. We would love to stay again—and visit the restaurant as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Although it was a last-minute stay, the Hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious, and having the toilet and bathroom separate made the stay very comfortable. Access was also convenient, with frequent bus services that made getting around stress-free.

Everything was very clean, and the bathroom, toilet, and Room were all spacious. It was even more comfortable than I expected. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt spotless down to every corner, so it felt great from the moment I walked in. The Facility also felt new, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. I stayed the night before going to DisneySea the next day, and the location was excellent—getting around was truly smooth. Because it’s close to DisneySea, we had plenty of time in the morning to get ready and could head to Sea’s parking lot without rushing. It felt like an ideal place for a pre-Disney stay. Check-in and check-out were done via a touch-panel system, which made the process as easy as at a Business Hotel. The steps were clear and everything went smoothly, so there was no stress and we could use our time efficiently. It also felt reassuring to be able to complete procedures without face-to-face interaction. My stay was comfortable from start to finish with absolutely no inconveniences, and I had a very satisfying experience. Cleanliness, space, location, and convenience—everything was excellent. This is a Hotel that genuinely made me think, “I want to stay here again.” I would definitely like to use it again next time I’m visiting the Disney area. Thank you very much for everything. In addition to the in-room Facility , the shared areas were also kept very clean throughout, which really showed how high-quality this Hotel is overall. The lighting brightness and air conditioning were easy to adjust as well, which helped us create a comfortable space at our own pace. The bed was large and very comfortable; I slept well and recovered properly so I could fully enjoy DisneySea with energy the next day. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful too, so we could rest well at night. Having both great access and comfort is what makes this place especially appealing—I feel it made our trip even more satisfying overall. It’s a wonderful Hotel with thoughtful attention even in small details, and I would highly recommend it to many people.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Since we went to Disney in the rain, our shoes got soaked, but the front desk lent us a shoe dryer, which really helped. We went to DisneySea this time, so it was disappointing that the Hotel shuttle bus only stops at Disneyland. It was also convenient to be able to buy souvenirs inside the Hotel. We had a very comfortable two-day stay, and the price was a great value—we were very satisfied! Thank you.

Soaking in the Onsen after a full day of walking from morning to night was truly relaxing. The Room was also comfortable and easy to spend time in. Above all, the breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The staff were polite yet not overly formal, and very friendly. I had a truly pleasant stay. I’d like to stay here again next time.

It was very convenient because we could walk to DisneySea. There was a foot massager for guests who have been on their feet all day, which helped relieve our fatigue. We also appreciated the complimentary detox water and coffee. We would like to stay here again when we visit DisneySea.

We stayed here for my partner’s birthday so we could go to Disney the next day. At check-in, there weren’t many guests at the time, so we were able to chat a lot with the staff and had a really enjoyable time. Also, since it was a birthday, you prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for us, which truly moved me. The Room was comfortable, and although our main purpose was Disney, I’m glad we chose this Hotel. (My partner was also very happy.) The food was delicious as well. We would love to stay again next time. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

With prices rising everywhere, I think this Hotel offers excellent value near Disney! The Room is clean and cute, and it’s spacious enough for two people. There isn’t a direct bus to DisneySea, but you can take the bus to Maihama, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. I’d love to stay again!

We visited as a family, and since only “MONday” was displayed prominently, we weren’t sure if we were at the right place. When we asked the staff, they responded politely and helpfully. Also, having separate entrances for the Onsen and the dining area was convenient and made it easy to switch between settings. The food was delicious as well.

This was our family’s first visit to this chain, and it was a Resort Hotel that made us want to come back right away. The indoor pool, arcade, orange juice vending machine, spacious and relaxing food court with an excellent menu selection, lounge, baths, bar counter, convenience store—everything was wonderful. It also left a great impression that staff were always present at the Hotel entrance. Thank you as well for your courteous responses to our questions by email in advance. Our family was truly delighted. We originally booked because we were staying on a weekday and going to Disney the next day, but it was so comfortable that we ended up taking our time over breakfast before heading to the park. We couldn’t believe there was such a pleasant Resort Hotel so close without even needing to fly! We highly recommend the Japanese Suite. We would love to return during the off-season when things are less busy.

We stayed on Saturday, March 7, 2026, with two guests. We attended a concert in Tokyo that day and arrived at the Hotel late, but the front desk staff were very pleasant and made check-in smooth and comfortable. The next day, we asked another front desk staff member about the shuttle bus, and they were also very kind and welcoming. My daughter and I said we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity. The room rate was reasonable as well, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much.

My wife loves TDR and has stayed at many Hotels. This was our first time using this Accommodation. With great access, courteous staff, and a quiet atmosphere throughout the building, she said it was an extremely comfortable stay. We saved it as a Hotel we’d like to use again for future visits to TDR.

Thank you for hosting us for two nights. The drink bar at the front desk was great, with both beer and shochu available. We didn’t notice any sewer smell mentioned in other reviews, but the walls felt a bit thin. We’d like to stay again.
