I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel. The Room was spacious and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The shower water pressure was just right, and I felt fully refreshed. The staff service was very kind, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. Also, at checkout, if there were no additional charges, it could be completed smoothly just by returning the key/card, which was very convenient. The building’s exterior was also impressive. When I come to Yokohama for fan activities again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you!

Following my daughter’s birthday stay last year, we visited again this year for a concert at K-Arena. There was an issue where our stored luggage could not be located temporarily, but the staff handled it perfectly. They apologized again at checkout, and I felt reassured knowing the information had been properly shared among the team. I’d love to stay again because I really enjoy the breakfast here. There was a great variety of cold dishes, and the live kitchen also offered plenty of sweets. Thank you as well for upgrading our Room.

I stayed at this Hotel because of its great Reviews. It was conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room was very clean. Amenities were available near the front desk, and I picked up what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast this time due to my schedule… If I have the chance, I’d like to visit again and enjoy breakfast as well. I used the in-room unit bath at night, but in the morning I refreshed myself with a soak in the large public bath. Thank you very much.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from Kannai Station, with Chinatown and other sightseeing spots also within walking distance. The Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. I especially appreciated the extra touches like bath salts and eye masks, and would love to stay again.

I stayed here with someone special. Thank you for bringing us an extra blanket even in the middle of the night. We requested breakfast via Room service, and it was set up quickly and with great care. We were able to enjoy it together while taking in the wonderful view. We made great memories, and we are grateful to everyone at the Hotel. Everything went smoothly, and the Room was excellent. This was my first time staying here, and everyone was very friendly, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. The Room was new and seemed very well cleaned, making it comfortable to relax in. Best of all, I was truly happy that the bath was spacious. I think this price may have been a lucky timing, but if I have the chance to visit the Sakuragicho area again, I would definitely like to stay here again!!

There are large and medium-sized public baths, and late-night ochazuke and coffee service was available. Although the building is a bit old, it is a comfortable Hotel that is kept very clean. The room rate was so reasonable I almost felt bad about it. It is on the hillside side of Sakuragicho Station in a quiet area. There were signs with the Hotel name on nearby utility poles, so it was easy to find. Nearby is Iseyama Kotai Jingu Shrine, Yokohama’s principal guardian shrine. It is also close to the Minato Mirai area, so I recommend it. The front desk staff were from overseas, but they spoke fluent Japanese and greeted us politely. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip. The breakfast was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. The entrance to Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation, so transportation is very convenient.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to pass along a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning cooling temperature setting is limited to 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime outdoor temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep each time. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output on outdoor cooling-tower equipment from an energy-cost perspective; however, it seems unreasonable if guests are forced to endure an uncomfortable room temperature as a result. If possible, I would appreciate it if settings down to around 21°C could be made available. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, removing the working desk space that existed before renovation—and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left—has been inconvenient because there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in twin rooms there should be other guests besides myself who need to work in their room; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is not practical. Also, two chairs that used to belong with the former desk area are now left sitting by themselves, which seems like valuable floor space has become dead space; moreover, one of the light switches is still labeled “Desk.” For reference purposes, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facilities in Room 620: the screw on the right-side fastener of the face-towel hook by the sink has loosened and wobbles, so I would appreciate it if you could tighten it. Also, although wall-mounted TVs can vary slightly depending on installation conditions: this one appears tilted downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would be grateful if it could be adjusted. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, aside from these items there are many excellent aspects. As I would like to continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would greatly appreciate your positive consideration.

The restaurant’s lunch is delicious, and the breakfast is also excellent. The Chongqing lunch is great as well. The parking staff are kind and courteous. Even late at night, the doorman greets guests warmly and politely. The Hotel is in a great location.\nI will stay here again next time—hopefully I’ll try the teppanyaki (laughs).

Overall, it was very good. Since I checked in and out using the self-service machine, I didn’t pay much attention to staff service. However, if I had to say one thing, it would have been nice to hear something like “Are you okay?” or “Do you understand?” just to confirm. I almost entered the wrong Room because I mistook the Room number 6 for 0. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but perhaps because it was during spring break there were many guests, and at night there were quite a few noises and what sounded like footsteps from the floor above, so there were times when I couldn’t rest well. The breakfast café was excellent in every way—service, serving, and food. If I have the chance again at a different time of year, I would like to stay again.

Conveniently accessible from Sakuragicho Station without getting wet in the rain. They upgraded our Room, and we had a comfortable stay in a spacious, new Room. The meals offered a wide variety and were very satisfying. I would like to stay again.

I always stay here when visiting Kamakura. It’s great value for money—new, clean, and compact yet never feels cramped, which I love. What I especially like is that they provide disposable slippers, two bottles of water, a smart TV, and a well-stocked selection of amenities. The amenities in particular are a big help because they let me pack lighter. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I’ll be back again!

As I stayed alone, it felt a bit pricey, but I still want to stay here again. Meals were buffet-style, with an excellent variety and well-managed temperatures for each dish. At breakfast, I was surprised to have an omelet made right in front of me, one by one. There were several different types of baths, which I really enjoyed. Since I requested a high floor, the view was outstanding. I would like to stay again.

It was a small Hotel, but I had a very comfortable stay. I also liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. I was happy that the shower and hair dryer were ReFa as well. It was reasonably priced, so I would like to stay here again.

I love Chinatown and Yokohama and regularly stay overnight when I visit, and this Hotel was wonderfully relaxing despite being in the middle of the city bustle—I’d definitely like to cook again next time. The Room was spacious and easy to use, and the cozy bed was very comfortable. Above all, the mist sauna Facility was excellent. All of the staff were also very pleasant. It’s also appealing that you can use it in many ways—dropping by solo or gathering friends and reserving a separate building for private use—and I’ve found another favorite Hotel in Yokohama.

I stayed here for a live concert. The room was clean, and even though the bed was a single, it was spacious and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and left a good impression. The amenities were quite plentiful, so I was satisfied. However, I feel that the breakfast does not match the price. That was my only dissatisfaction. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Comfortable Rooms, wonderful views, delicious cuisine, and your warm hospitality—thank you always. This time there were a couple of minor misunderstandings, but the Guest Service Center staff responded quickly and excellently, which reassured me once again that this is a Hotel where I can stay with peace of mind. As always, it’s a truly happy moment when I’m greeted by name at the entrance. Right after returning home, I made my next Reservation—I’m sincerely looking forward to it.

I stayed here once over 20 years ago, and this time I visited again with a friend. It’s clean considering the age of the building. It’s close to Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line, and there’s a convenience store nearby, so if you’re staying with No Meals Included, it’s more than adequate. Given the location, you’ll likely eat out anyway, and being near the waterfront makes it feel like a very Yokohama-style Hotel.

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.
